The Problem

Many ethnic and immigrant pastors are passionate teachers and preachers of the Bible but often do not have access to formal theological training. As many of these pastors are unable to attend seminary, these faithful servants long for training to develop their abilities to shepherd congregations and proclaim the Word of God.

The Solution

We bring language-specific, theological training to our ethnically diverse pastors and leaders.

GATEWAY prepares people of all ethnicities, genders and backgrounds for leadership in EFCA churches. Courses are taught in both English and Spanish at 185 sites across the U.S. Over 110 seasoned facilitators share both head and heart knowledge with students.

The Plan

With an urgent need to train up a growing generation of ethnic and immigrant pastors and leaders, GATEWAY sees an immediate need for as many as 600 graduates in the next three years.

Assistance with course development, material fees and periodic travel expenses will bring this crucial vision to reality.

The Investment Opportunity

GATEWAY graduates make disciples who make disciples.

Your investment in GATEWAY students brings the hope of the gospel to the most marginalized communities in America. When you support GATEWAY students, you invest in the next generation of disciplemakers.
